1. Operator The personal-data operator is ООО «Джоурлой» , INN 2373027111 , OGRN 1252300023359 , at 353217, Краснодарский край, Динской м.р-н, п. Южный, ул. Лунная, д. 14 . Contact: hello@violune.com . 2. Data covered by this consent I consent to processing Violune calendar entries that may characterize my intimate life, including: activity type; date and time; place, if I provide it; protection details; notes and desire fields. 3. Purpose The purpose is to back up and synchronize entries between the account owner's devices, only at the owner's initiative. Offline mode remains available without sending this data to the server. 4. Processing actions For this purpose, the operator may: record; systematize; store; transmit over a protected TLS channel; delete. 5. Who can access the data Data is available only to the account owner on the owner's authorized devices. An infrastructure provider may store data to operate the service, but it has no purpose of accessing entry contents and does not use them for its own purposes. 6. Consent period This consent remains effective until the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. 7. Withdrawal Withdraw consent in one of these ways: delete the account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account — all synchronized entries are immediately erased from the server; send a request to hello@violune.com — processing stops and synchronized entries are erased within 30 days under part 5 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. After withdrawal, synchronization is unavailable and the app continues to work offline. Deleting an individual entry erases its content on the server but is not a withdrawal. Evidence of the fact of consent is retained as described in the Privacy Policy . 8. Form of consent Consent is given through a separate checkbox during app registration, separately from accepting the Terms of Use and acknowledging the Privacy Policy . The checkbox in an account identified by an email address confirmed with a one-time code, and actions through that address, are recognized as the user's simple electronic signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature, under the parties' agreement pursuant to Federal Law No. 63-FZ on electronic signatures. The evidence records the date and time, document and Policy versions, source, IP address, User-Agent, and a subject key — an irreversible SHA-256 hash of the email address. The Russian-language version prevails in the event of a difference in legal interpretation. 9. Document revisions Current revision: version 2026-09-03 . Previous revisions are available in the legal-document archive ; the list of files and their hashes is published in the archive manifest .
